Another amazing experience from ordering to delivery. Floor quality is brilliant and was relatively easy to fit. Makes the room more warm looking.. We will definitely be using Leader floors once again when we re floor the kitchen and utility.

Great product / Great service

Great product at the best price I could find. Original delivery date was unsuitable for me, so changed the date with no problem. Kept me upto date with order progress and delivery information. Delivered on time on the agreed date. Couldn’t be better - first class service from start to finish 👍

I would never purchase or recommend purchasing from Leaders

After ordering & paying for my flooring approx 3 weeks before I wanted it delivering i was disappointed when the sealent was missing on delivery. I called leaders which is a nightmare as you can be on hold 30 - 45 mins or more before your call us answered. I was told someone would get back to me re delivery of the sealant, however that never happened, so I phoned again, same wait time, to be told they didn't know when it would be available for delivery so i asked for a refund as i would have to go else where for it due to fitters coming in. It took several phone calls and approx 8 WEEKS to get a refund which is appalling for any company The floor was fitted & it looked fab ! I was delighted I'd got a grade AC4 flooring which is domestic & commercial and in addition it had a lifetime guarantee....WOW what's not to love !! Within a few weeks and as in every home the odd item got dropped, an ornament, the odd kitchen utensil & my shark very light weight cordless vacuum. All of these caused the laminate to chip. I sent pictures & my concerns to leaders & had no response apart from a quick ' it's wear & tear' & the case was closed!! I called many times to speak with customer services, I took advice & was told that this should not happen & I emailed leaders to get them know...all ignored & cases closed immediately!! I finally spoke to Sean/Shaun who told me to stop emailing, they wouldn't deal with me & were used to dealing with ombudsmen & trading standards if that's where i wanted to go with it. He accused me of dropping things from height & that I'd admitted I'd damaged the floor myself... well I'm not going to lie how it happened.... accidents happen in every home & commercial premises & that's why I went for a grade AC4. I'm not disputing that it happened as accidents in my home, my concern is why this grade flooring would chip so easily ? & despite requesting vision of the LIFETIME GUARANTEE which apparently they don't have a copy of ,,,I'm still waiting for sight of it BUT according to Sean/Shaun they don't have to send it to me ?? Please Leaders don't come back on this & say it's not true, as if as you say ' calls are recorded for training purposes' I strongly suggest you listen to them. I will proceed with this as it's just not fair to treat customers this way

Quality products at reasonable price

Quality products at reasonable price. Got LVT panels from them and can't complain about a single thing. I've ordered samples from all across the board, put Leader ones right next to the samples twice the price, and could not believe my eyes. They looked way better and more natural than the more expensive ones!

Lovely flooring

Very impressed with the way you were kept informed about delivery with live tracking. Flooring is good quality easy to put down and looks amazing. Really pleased with it would highly recommend

Stay well clear

Stay well clear! Still awaiting my refund 10 weeks later no supervisors or managers ever available to speak to customer service agents useless full off apologises and false promises finance team will push through refund to be processed this has now been 10 weeks ongoing head ache no refund and no product stay well clear

Hands down the worst company I have…

Hands down the worst company I have ever had the displeasure of doing business with . Here I am 2 MONTHS LATER and still no refund for the 2 packs of flooring I returned mid December , in perfect condition as stipulated on my refund note . I have had every single excuse in the book, ranging from 'we have no record of your return ( even though you issued my refund receipt) to 'someone in the accounts department did not press the button .' Called numerous times and still no further forward.Honestly , for anyone contemplating purchasing from this company...DONT!

Not happy

Not happy. My floor was ordered on 4th Feb due on 13th. They tell me on the day today at 15:55pm that it’s not coming today waited all day for it. They offered to postpone it ANOTHER WEEK. Because of admin error I spent 100s not the service you expect! Won’t buy again
