I ordered laminate floor for my hallway and it was great quality. I've used other brands and they chip when they are cut or the edging clips break away but this floor didn't do any of that. Delivery was quick and they stacked the packs in my hallway for me. They were a good price, quick delivery and great product. Will defo buy from Leader again.

Great price point for Liberty White Oak unfinished fire doors as well as 14mm cosmic dark grey engineered flooring. Very easy and smooth process from ordering too delivery with first class communication from Belinda and team. Even when I made a mistake and ordered incorrect colour finish beading and floor threshold, Belinda was superb in arranging a straight swap and arranged delivery in less than two days. Cost was only £15. Highly recommended and wil purchase from Leader again not only for quality and price point but for top notch after sales service and exceeding my expectations. Thanks Belinda

I tried to contact to make an order but you never get to speak to a person , you just keep getting told to dial a difference number. Then when you do get to where you want no one picks up . Left my number for a call back and no call back.

Placed order for sample laminate on 24 January. Website states that sample should be delivered on 28 January. No sign of sample and no update on why not.

Product delivered matched description of website. Arrived safely and on time with great communication throughout. Would buy from again.

No faults. Very please going to order more for my kitchen.
