I've lived in a First Key Home for almost two years now. Throughout my time here I have had the opportunity to speak with countless reps, but only Max Palomino deserves the praise for being the most helpful, and compassionate. His empathy went over and beyond and I am grateful to have connected with Max when I most needed to be heard and helped. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart.
