WONT BUY AGAIN

Placed an order 4th January for expedited delivery. My son was spending some of his Christmas money. When the order did not arrive after 7 days we attempted to contact via telephone and whats app only to find both options unobtainable. Then contacted via email but still no response. We are now two weeks down the line and still no order. Whilst we appreciate volume of orders are high if you can not fulfill the order or expedited delivery do not accept the order and payment! Very disappointed.

Avoid this company

Avoid this company. Twice I have ordered from these and twice I’ve had problems. I ordered from them over a week ago with them promising dispatch within 24 hours lo and behold I’ve heard nothing from them despite emailing them several times.

Ordered items been over 10 days now still not recieved them sent numerous emails and contacted them via the online Co tact form just to be ignored. Very poor especially when this is my first order

Don’t bother with 24hr tracked delivery ordered a week ago still not arrived, ridiculous when you pay for faster shipping and takes ages.

Very poor customer service

Ordered on the 09/01/25. Still not been dispatched and it’s now 15/01/25. Sent multiple emails without any response and tried to call a few times but lines are always busy.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. Ordered some mvg exact darts and some flights and they weren’t dispatching so I emailed and had no response. I then called around 7 times over 2 days and no response, lines were always full until I got through to someone and had to sort a refund as the darts I ordered were apparently out of stock (no communication to let me know about this). I was left completely in the dark and they said the darts weren’t going to be back in stock for another “few weeks”. Completely ridiculous, awful customer service with no updates to tell me anything. The worst thing is I’ve ordered from them before and thought it was a reputable brand but it’s massively let down by this.

4 days to despatch the order…

4 days to despatch the order…. Ordered Thursday 9th Jan and only posted on Monday 13th. Zero communication back from the 4 emails sent as purchased for a gift for my son. Order still to arrive nearly a week later.
