My claim handler Cheryl was superb - professional, friendly, faultless service and could not do enough to help. Claim was processed exceptionally quickly and her efforts to keep me informed every step of the way made the whole experience completely stress free.

Great customer service

Within a day of registering an insurance claim for a new back door following an attempted break in we were contacted by Home Repair Network Ltd. After seeing photos of the damage to the door the consultant at HRN confirmed that the door needed to be replaced. He explained the process very clearly and answered all our questions. We were contacted by the installer a day later and he visited us within a week to measure up and discuss door types. From initial claim to installation the whole process took just over 4 weeks. Everyone involved in our claim did what they said they would do when they said they would do it. HRN provided excellent customer service always being contactable via phone or email and responded promptly to any queries.

Terrible company and obstructive

Terrible company and obstructive, unhelpful staff. How can you survey and assess damage to property without actually attending the property. How can a ‘desk based assessor’ see the damage to a property and then high-handedly dismiss the damage and say it didn’t happen. These cowboys work for insurance companies. If you’re unfortunate enough to suffer damage and need to claim, make sure these jokers aren’t involved.

Great job all round
