Wish we had read reviews before purchasing, brought wonder cooker hood for our new kitchen in May it arrived in good time but unfortunately it was damaged had no problem about returning the item returns label was give to send back to Germany took the item to post office item tracking showed receive they offered refund but as we liked the cooker hood asked for replacement, after chasing loads of times finally replacement ship we tracked the item but was sent back by customs as item did not have correct paperwork we were then told they would refund us and we could purchase again which seemed very odd , after no refund received after 10 days chased again only to be told they don’t have our card detail so could they have our bank detail which we gave we are now mid August and still no refund or response not even a reply from company CEO . Today I have contacted our credit card company for assistance will now definitely not buy another which is a shame as product looked great customer service is very bad be warned

Very Poor Service
Item was not what I thought it was so have been trying to gain a refund and send the item back. Had 14 emails saying please print and enclose the attached document and we will email you a label to attach to the outside. As of yet have not had that email and have been chasing for a week or so to get the label to return. I will be raising a dispute with my credit card company as it appears ignoring emails and not sending the label for me to return the item is not going to allow me to return the item. I would say do not use this company as its almost impossible to return anything should it be faulty or not what you required

Truly awfull company I'm my opinion
Awfull. Purchased extractor hood which went faulty after 1 month. A very large item partially made of glass. I explained that without the original packaging it was not practical to send the item back, also found out the company, Hifi UK is in Germany. I would never had bought anything from an overseas company had knew. They have no repair agents in the UK either. I have waisted hours trying to call, and spoke to 4 call handlers , whereo suggested they send out a replacement and I use the packaging to return the faulty one. each have advised me they would escalate the matter to a team leader, but I ever hear anything . No emails are replied to either.

Purchased a mirror off of this company had one email saying the order has gone through still been waiting two months later had two phone calls after looking for the phone number for absolutely ages no more correspondence to tell me about anything and still not received my item so now I’ve cancelled this as the customer service don’t want to do anything about chasing it up as they are just say it is in customs which is a lot of rubbish not for two months if you order from these please be careful

No returns label no refund until u return item!!!!
Very poor customer service. Had a damaged item tried to get it replaced and just had excuse after excuse. Still waiting for my return label to be emailed to me and no replacement or refund until u return the item. Not good customer service. When things go wrong companies are judged on how they put things right. In this case very poorly. Buy somewhere else and save yourself the grief.

i ordered a camping washing machine it did not work so I contacted them to return item they sent me a return form which i had to take to the post office they told me i would get a replacement as soon as i sent receipt this was done it did not arrive phoned they said item and just arrived we will send out item excuse this time after courier has returned item you will have to re order so i asked to re order they asked me to pay again i said take it from the money you have of mine they said that not there policy so you have my and provided a very bad service and you want more DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY they say they want to look at all reiws and make sure it is correct here is my number07931451131

Faulty product and bad customer service
Bought a Whirlwind 3 in 1 fan humidifier. The remote does not work. Emailed the company and no reply 4 days later. Will never buy from them again. It is clear from the reviews here that this is quite normal for this company. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Update 20/08/22. Several emails later still no reply from the company. I have to resign to the fact that they are not going to replace the faulty fan. You have been warned. Do not trust them.
