Broken on delivery, STILL NO REFUND!
I ordered a klarstein crystal ice machine for £180 and it arrived physically cracked with a smashed lid. I refused delivery on the 6th May from dpd (another useless lot) We are now into June and after 3 phone calls I still do not have my refund! They have told me its being processed, they have the item and the latest one "its on its way back to us". I've contacted the parent company Chal Tec Gmbh to step in as I've read that they handle issues in a much more prompt manner!

Absolute rubbish company and item
I bought a Belle Epoque 1906 Retro Stereo System from Hi-Fi Tower in 2016 and only 3 years later the cd player stopped working. The company won't listen to my problem now and don't supply any spare parts so this unit is now just for the trash bin. What a waste of time and money. It looks a beautiful unit but is actually absolute junk. Don't buy this rubbish from this company...HiFi-Tower. Money down the drain.

on May 4th 2022 I purchased a hi Fi Birmingham stereo system DAB+FM when I received it the front case had a hairline crack and the turntable doesn't work properly. i issued a for a return on their webpage but they webpage told once I have completed the from I would get a email confirming my return along with print out returns form so far no email has come through . I then tried to contact them by email but the webpage keeps on saying invalid email address. but the email address wasn't wrong when I was purchasing the item but now email address seems to be wrong for the return procedure . I have tried live chat agent but to be told again no live chat agent available. I also sent a email again today to info@hifi tower.ie for a request but no response. on yet. their webpage and the selling info states after all returns are sent back they would refund the money after 7-11 days . I live in wonder but it seems i am hitting a blank wall here it seems that this company is unreliable and untrustworthy.

Amazing deal, quick delivery!
I must admit, I was super sceptical when ordering a fairly pricey item but the deal was so good that I couldn't resist. I ordered a steam oven for £164 marked down from £299 (on Amazon, it goes for £309) - the deal was so good but based on other reviews of Hifi-Tower, I was concerned about when I would receive the parcel and what condition it would be in. Well it paid off, the parcel arrived in 2,5 working days, perfectly packaged, no issues whatsoever. I had a minor blip with trying to track the parcel which had me concerned for a bit, but eventually, tracking through PDP started working and my parcel arrived within the 1-hour window that they said it would be delivered in. Well done team Hifi-Tower!

Very bad customer service and after sale
Bought a pergola that's now disintegrated just only after a year. It has fallen apart and now an Hazzard. As there's a 2year warranty, I sent a mail with pictures on the 7thApril to which I followed up with a call. I was offered a replacement but it would only be done once I send back the faulty product. Bear in mind, the pergola is anchored to the ground (as per instruction) by a professional who I paid €200 to assembly it. I asked if they could cover the cost to disassemble what is left standing, as it wouldn't be fair that I am left out of pocket to pay for disassemble and then a reassemble when I get a replacement. The gentleman I spoke to was very nice and seemed understanding. He said the request is not typical but will relay to a manager and confirm if yes or no. No follow up after a week so I called back but got same answer to check with manager. After 3 weeks of in-between calls, I got fed up and requested that they refund instead of a replacement as I do not trust the replacement won't have the same problem and that they cover cost of disassemble (€200). Still, I got the same response "we will talk to manager". Today 6th May, I called and the lady I spoke was VERY rude. First, she told me I was lying and I never bought a pergola, then she said I was yelling (which I wasn't) while very shouting herself and wouldn't let me speak, then she placed me on hold for no reason and then came back after less than a minute to say she just asked the manager and that they will not cover the cost to disassemble. It's either I pay for it or get someone to do it for free and then she hung up on me. I was shocked and couldn't believe it. Never had anyone speak to me in such manner, let alone a customer service rep, whose job is to ensure customer satisfaction. I am here left with a dangerous pergola flying around with pieces hanging off in my garden and I am expected to cough up €200 to disassemble after paying same to assemble. So basically, I would have spent €400 for nothing. Plus they won't refund me until the faulty goods gets to them, which I am not sure they will refund fully. Once the faulty good is with them, they can basically do whatever. I have had no issues with other product I bought from them (well, they have not developed any issues yet) but with this aftercare experience on this occasion, I would advise to STAY AWAY from this company. The customer service is non-existent. Update 27May2022. I requested a replacement or refund, been waiting for return label for over 4 weeks now. They keep saying I will get it within 48hrs. I still have not received it, I have called over 10times now but still no return label. I am now left with no choice but to take this further to the authorities as this day light robbery.

No accountability or feedback - SOLUTION at the end of my review
Ordered a product from them 10 days ago, with an estimated delivery time of 3 - 5 business days. Their tracking says it was returned to sender due to them putting an incomplete address on it, and DPD's separate tracking says it cleared customs and then stopped there. I've received no correspondence from the company whatsoever to say if anything is wrong. I called yesterday (day 9) to ask what was happening, and was told it had been escalated. No further response, so I called today (day 10) to ask for a refund - I was then told that only part of the order had been returned to the supplier, and DPD had lost the other item. They also claimed to have refunded me a day after the order - which a) makes no sense as it hadn't shipped yet, and b) is a lie because there is no refund reflected in my account, and c) nothing was ever communicated to me about a refund (or anything else) before. Once again I was told this would be escalated. The only credit to this company is that their call centre staff are lovely, however they have no authority to actually action anything, and all queries need to be escalated. I just want a refund - to add insult to injury I found the exact same product on Amazon for £120 cheaper, including delivery //*EDIT*// 16 days after order, still no product, no refund and no communication. Call centre just keeps "sending memos" to accounting with no feedback. //*SOLUTION*// If you too are struggling with Hifi-Tower's customer service, leave a Google review for their parent company Chal-Tec GmbH. They are much quicker to respond and resolve issues.

AWFUL company. Bought radiators nearly four ago months ago and still waiting for a refund as both were scratched on arrival. They won’t have them picked up nor will they refund me. ABSOLUTE CRIMINALS. DO NOT USE. £400 down the drain into their pockets. Emails, phoning and chat doesn’t work to get through to them. I give up

I brought the Auna amplifier & realised it was the wrong one. Tried to return this but the form would not accept the Invoice number. Contacted them explaining the problem, emailed them a screenshot of the form & still not able to return it. Was emailed saying they would offer a £10 refund which has not happened. Not great customer service. Will never use them again. Disappointed

Phantasma Tower Ethannol Fireplace
I ordered a Phantasma Tower Ethanal fireplace from this company. They state that delivery will be 3-5 days. I have been chasing them for three weeks. DPD (their courier) showed the item had cleared customs but did not deliver but instead returned the item to the seller which I absolutely did not request. Hifi-Tower only offered to refund me and said they could not send a replacement due to new UK tax regulations. Their staff were polite (except for the Supervisor who was rude) but did nothing to resolve my issue and tried to blame it on Brexit when the item cleared Customs without a problem. I will NEVER deal with this company again and would warn anyone else against dealing with them too.
