Excellent service and item
Placed an order for a cross trainer, which took about 10 days to arrive. Website was easy to use and pay for the item. After placing order, I read all the negative reviews, so was a little worried about what I would receive if anything! I was kept up to date with emails and also tracking details, so knew exactly when it would arrive. Assembly was a little tricky, but with common sense, we got it finished. Really pleased with finished item. Highly recommend.

I placed an order with Hifi Tower for some garden furniture. It was only after I placed my order that I read some negative reviews on here about people’s experience dealing with this company, but I have to say my experience with Hifi Tower has been first class! I received my order within the delivery time-frame of 8 to 10 working days. When my order arrived there was a small bit of damage done to the leg of the Gergen table. I contacted Hifi Tower by email and received a reply back within 24 hours plus I received a credit for the damage. The garden furniture I ordered is of very good quality and I’ve had loads of people ask me already where I bought it from. I would have no problem recommending this company to anyone and will definitely purchase from them again.

Don’t waste your time and money
i ordered a power rack from Hifi tower and the website stated it’ll be delivered in 8-10 days. However, I didn’t hear anything about my order for about a week and I contacted them (sent multiple emails) to find out that there was a logistical problem because of which the order has been delayed. Hifi tower did offer me compensation for late delivery which I really appreciated at the time, but my bank said they never received the refund?? When the product was delivered I found out more than 50% of bolts to hold the rack together were missing, the red paint was coming off, couple of barbell rests pada were damaged and pins to hold dip handles in place were missing. The manual that they sent was also out of date. I had to go to screwfix to buy the bolts which costed me about £50 (M12 bolts aren’t cheap). I dropped 3 emails to ask for refund for the money i have spent On bolts and send me the damaged and missing parts again but I never heard back from them and now it has been a week. This is absolutely shambolic behaviour and I personally would never buy a product again from them. I had to buy a CS barbell and I found it was cheaper with Hifi tower than amazon but I bought it off amazon because I can’t trust Hifi tower anymore. I’ll be raising a dispute through my bank to request for the full refund

Initially bad experience: evolving rating/review
UPDATE: This review is evolving as the situation evolves: First review (Rating of one STAR): The worst customer experience I have ever had. The outdoor heater I purchased arrived broken and I nearly cut my hand with the shards of glass. I immediately emailed Hifi-Tower to request a replacement. I explained I am looking after an elderly relative during the pandemic and would be unable to drop the package for return to a UPS collection point. Hifi-Tower refuses to organise a UPS driver to collect my package. I will never be using this company again. Second Review (rating of two star): Following the first review, Hifi Tower organised the UPS collection of the broken heater (thanks). This proves how effective Trustpilot is (thanks). The heater was collected on June 6th. As of today (June 15th), I have not received any further communication from Hifi-Tower or a replacement. I will continue to fairly and accurately update this review as the situation unfolds.
