Excellent product and exactly as described.

Extremely disappointed with this company. Ordered a trampoline for my autistic granddaughter as she likes to bounce to help in the current lockdown situation. Trampoline arrived in a very badly damaged box with a pole missing making the trampoline useless. After weeks of trying to resolve and have the missing pole replaced all we are being offered is to return the product which is impossible becaus the box was so badly damaged or £20 refund. In the meantime we have a very unhappy autistic child who wants to bounce on her trampoline

Truth to be told, the delivery was superfast, however pieces were missing. Instead of sending them after, got offered a refund/return. It took almost a month but after the barriers very correct and fair customer service, especially Camilla, helping to sort everything out.

Ordered an electric sit stand desk. Because of Covid and where I live in the uk I emailed before ordering to check on delivery times and was told there were no issues so went ahead and ordered on the 6th April. After a lot of emails and no tracking info the desk gradually arrived in 3 separate parcels between the 20th and the 24th April. I was not told it would be arriving like this so was annoying. One of the parcels was damaged and other parts were missing. When I informed HiFi Tower that offered me £30 off which is obviously no use if you have only parts of desk and it is unusable! I returned the desk to HiFi Tower in Germany and as of the 25th May, despite delivery confirmation I have no refund so have had to open a case with paypal. Be aware that despite the .co.uk address this company is shipping from Germany and if you have a problem it won't be easy to get a refund!

Ordered a patio heater - was quite badly packaged - and didn't work when it arrived last week. I've sent several e-mails via the website but no acknowledgement or response yet. The phone line isn't working. Very poor service to date - but hoping they respond eventually.... UPDATE - While still disappointed overall I want to note that they have responded now and dealt with my issue.

Hassle free, and efficient

Ordered from this company on the 27th of April. My order of a squat rack arrived two days ago that was 2 weeks late. Upon opening the package parts of the rack were missing, this included bolts to hold it togeather and the barbell rests. Very disappointed

Earlier today I ordered a cross trainer yet was charged twice on my account. Every time I click contact us/ cancel / return item, the page cant be found. I'm pretty sure it is a scam so I'm currently reporting it to my bank. I've emailed them so awaiting a reply but now I want a full refund of both as I don't think I can trust this company after it did this. Reading these reviews has made me certain it's a dodgy company. Order with extreme caution.

I bought the Auna Stanford DAB-CD player in the sale. I made a mistake with my order which I resolved quickly using Live Chat and helpful employees. I made a further order for the above and was delighted to receive it within 4 working days. The appearance and sound is of a very high standard.Thankfully it was easy to programme and use hence I am a happy customer.
