The hotel was fine, appreciated not going to the O2 after the show, much happier being local to the hotel. I found the journey back very long, having to go into the centre of towns along the way made it quite tedious - perhaps pick ups at service stations would be better?

Let down by the hotel, shabby and the room smelled of dog and bad air freshener. Food so awful in the evening we didn’t even bother to go for the breakfast.

We always had a good experience with national holidays. The bus driver was smashing, the hotel amazing and the weekend wonderful

The driver was great, the coach was clean and comfortable and both destinations were good.my mam and I enjoyed our time away and were it not for the hotel and its disgusting food it would have been 5 stars. The hotel really let it down.the rooms were very basic ,they were however clean so we were prepared to overlook it. My mam is 85 and diabetic so needs to eat regularly. We went down to supper and it was terrible, imagine your worst school dinner on steroids.we couldn't eat any of it and the breakfast was just as awful.mam had a slice of toast in during our stay . Had it not been for the snack machine in the lobby we'd have been very hungry

Great mystery locations to places I hadn't been but on a bucket list a bonus. The weather was fantastic which helped. Great to have a twin bedded room which you don't mind paying a supplement for. All in all a great weekend.

The driver was very sociable, a good laugh and an excellent driver.

It was all really lovely apart from the dinners at the hotel

Driver was nice the hotel was nice you can only pay by card at bar , but the food for dinner for two nights was rubbish they bought out on second night pudding 🍮 rice pudding my wife said do you want one slice or two it was totally dry just rice no liquid overall good weekend
