The hotel was friendly The trips were interesting with some great scenery

Enjoyable experience, tho long journey…hotel was ok clean but tired, staff were lovely & very helpful…the trips were ok, but all the same…drop off at a different town / resort every day…the driver was a nice friendly guy, & fellow passengers were lovely too.

The agent was nice and helpful answered all my questions where possible, this was my first booking with National Holidays, so if the trip goes well won't be my last

Telephone answered quickly. Agent was polite and efficient and the holiday was booked without any problems.

Having made a total mess of trying to book online, I phoned and had excellent service from the telephonist. She calmed me down and went through the whole booking for me. What a wonderful lady. Thank you so much.

I've just been on Mystery weekend special with National Holidays, I absolutely loved it, The hotel was nice, Great entertainment, The food was nice, Couldn't fault anything, The driver Derek was a lovely chap and made the "Mystery" weekend fantastic, Thank you!

Ricky was very helpful and although there was only Yorkshire on offer for Easter weekend he talked me through the trips thanks it was all put through in record time plus good value
