Was picked up on time, excellent driver, felt very safe. Hotel was very good very clean and good food. The trip on the Flying Scotsman train was really good but a person was sat in our booked seats with the same seat number but got sorted quickly. All in all a fantastic few days and well worth the money. Well done National Holidays.

Enjoyed the whole weekend. Good choice of places to visit. I love Llandudno so very happy we were staying there. Could have a nice walk along the seafront.

Enjoyable journey there and back home. The driver Andy was above&beyond. Very friendly and funny. Choice of hotel was very nice, the choice of destinations very nice.

It went well from start to finish

We paid for front seats only got them for 3 hours of our journey down to Torque, coming back we had to change at York we were sent a mini bus which i can only describe as a child's mini bus we were falling off our seats they were so small, also the bus was something out of the arcs it was so old.

Everything went really well slight delays in connections but not excessive. Hotel was good and appeared to have been recently refurbished to a good standard. Staff were friendly and helpful too. I had a single room (as a solo traveler) so it was small with a poor view and of course there was a supplement to pay too. Singletons are discriminated against in the tourism trade! I would use this company again and try to find a friend to accompany me so we can have a double room in future,

The hotel was amazing. The rooms spotless and the staff really helpful and pleasant. our driver was always happy, cheerful and informative. He went out of his way to make sure we enjoyed our break.

Initially I tried booking on line but when putting the payment details in it then went back to the beginning. I therefore rang and the young lady I spoke to was very professional, friendly and knowledgable which made me booking very pleasurable Thank you for making what was initially a frustrating process a very pleasurable one

Andrew, our driver, who drives for Lees of Durham was a lovely young man who was very professional and caring. He was a pleasure to be with. The hotel room (75) was a bit shabby . The food was good. Excursions were excellent.
