Easy booking procedure. Good value for money. Great coach driver. Very interesting trip (Stratford) and a stop at Lichfield which was lovely. Hotel good. Dinners disappointing, good breakfasts. Nice bar.

The trip was well organised with the pick ups going smoothly. The driver kept us well informed. The hotel was clean although a bit dated.

Nice coach nice places we stopped at hotel was fine food quite good only draw back was we seemed to be on the coach for a long time picking people up and then obviously dropping them off which can't really be avoided overall really quite good

The value for money is incredible, the hotel was very central and the food was good. What made this trip so special was our driver , so calm and friendly, we had an issue with a passenger not getting back to the coach in time for departure and our driver took the time to contact the passengers family and then we went to find him, truly above and beyond the call of duty !
