From start to finish the experience was great . Our coach driver was excellent. My 1st coach holiday . Will definitely do it again with national holidays.

Difficult to use the app
Difficult to use the app. Phoned the office and completed the booking with the operator, only complaint is being too far back in the coach, four seats reserved for disabled passengers and not booked.

Seats on buses.
I was a very nice trip,my only complaint is the ferry both going and coming back we had to sit at the port for 2 hour,bad timing.

we were charged £15 per person for being picked up in our local town centre and i have e-mailed the company to ask for a refund, because in the e-mail advertising the holiday there was no mention of a pickup supplement in any shape or form, B.D.
