Lovely accommodation food and entertainment. Would return. Ferry crossing and coach travel went to specified time

In the depth of winter a short break is just what we needed, we did the same trip last year and this year it was just as good. The journey was easy and comfortable and the standard of accommodation was clean, well decorated and warm just like last year. All the staff were warm and friendly and for the money we paid the food was superb. The isle of Wight is quiet at this time of year and the local bus service was a great free way of getting around the island using our bus passes. We will definitely be doing the same trip next year

Driver got lost went all over the world .Then later made numerous silly decisions when he knew the M60 was at a shut down delay resulting in a horrible return journey

The coach was clean and tidy and, for our trip was reliable and appeared to be well maintained inside and out. The driver, Lee, was really good. Safe driving, kept us all informed at all stages of the journey. Lee was a nice bloke with a good sense of humour. I would travel with National Holidays again.

Wonderful trip to Norton grange warner holiday village great driver Lee very friendly accommodation fabulous food was amazing and great entertainment nice crossing to Yarmouth and just 10mins off ferry to accommodation lovely and clean nice facilities great little break Yarmouth nice village with lovely traditional pubs and cafes nice pier and harbour

Great hotel, and great driver too!!

9 hours to get from Dewsbury to Portsmouth with toilet on coach not working is horrendous. Pick ups should be only at service stations thus cutting out hours of travel. Hotel food entertainment were fab. We paid extra for trip to needles which didn't happen as we were told there was a landslide. But the local service bus was still running there. We did not go on trip as the needles was our place of interest to go. A good value for money trip though

The driver was superb, kind and courteous, warner norton grange was a nice setting, the food was excellent and the chalet was nice and clean, only problem was the cost of drinks
