I tried to hook it to hook it up like my other one and it did not hook up. I could get the cpr to come up but I could not get my phone. So I sent it back.

My purchase was an upgrade from V5000 and as I have yet to receive any calls that require blocking it is difficult to rate the V10000 version. Aesthetically though it looks a nicer product. One disappointment though was the inability to transfer my personal blocked numbers from the V5000 version to the new version. I have yet to establish whether the 10000 pre-loaded blocked numbers are relevant in the UK or whether these only apply in the US.

Great product, easy to use and it really blocks unwanted calls. I highly recommend Call Blocker.

My 92 year old mother-in-law is in assisted living and has a land line. Even though she is on the "do not call" list she is ....was....inundated with spam calls. Your device is exactly what we needed. Programmed in the family numbers and blocked all the rest. PERFECT!

I have called you 2 times and E-Mailer you twice about returning my old call blocker. There was supposed to be a prepaid return envelop with my new order. No one has gotten back with me. Your customer service is nonresistant!!

This device has made it much easier for me to block spam and phishing callers on my home home. I only gave it 4 stars because I went through their upgrade program (from the V5000 to the V10000) and never got a return shipping label. Wondering if I am going to get charged extra for not shipping back the original purchase.

I have the V5000 unit. I have been using this for years and it works. I purchased it from QVC years ago and I love it. My phone only rings from family and friends. I highly recommend it with the growing calls from telemarketers and robo calls.

I ordered and paid for the Call Blocker. Somehow inadvertinately Pensacola Florida got added on to my address. The call Blocker incredibally got delivered to the Florida address. I have attempted to contact the company several times but not response. I still want the new Call Blocker. Should be a simple matter.
