Since I received the new box , I have not received any unwanted calls. Its worth every cent.

I called 3 times and still could NOT get "any" results. I had 3 friends who tried and 2 called and none of us could get positive results-- (unit to work). Next morning I got up, had a feeling to look at the wires again, they were exactly like the directions. I changed them-opposite of the printed directions, and everything works perfectly. I was provided with incorrect directions.

Havent used it much yet, but either i haven't been getting as many calls, or its been successfully blocking them!

The new Call Blocker works so much better than the one it replaced. We actually have a bit of peace and quiet between spam calls.

Tried the trade-in offer which required sending back an older unit. Never received the lable or pouch for sending in the old unit. So far, haven't been charged for the full price.

It was easy to purchase the upgrade on the trade-in offer.

The instyructions were not clear. I had problems with my Voice Mail interfacing with Call Blocker. No instructions for blocking TWC "Spam Risk" designated calls
