I was a little disappointed that when I engaged the un-available blocker, I no longer had caller ID available. The CPR was connected to the wired phone that is also the base station to my wireless phones. None of the phones now had caller ID working. had to move the CPR to a different connection to get caller ID back, but now the un-available blocker isn't working.

The customer care was excellent with the trouble shooting the setup.

Still learning seems to block all calls

I was to get the new call blocker and to return my old one. I received the very same one I already had. I fell this was a scam and am sorry I fell for it.

I just got the Call Blocker V10000. It is great! I love being able to block a whole Area Code with one command.

The V10000 is a great product. I wish that the instructions regarding the trade-in were clearer, but I couldn't be more pleased with the product.
