The V5000 works better than the V10000. I don't like the V10000 as much I did like V5000. I ordered V10000 because every Tom, Dick and Harry was calling about my car warranty. The V10000 is not as easy as the V5000 to block a call. I had filled up the V5000 and you just can't delete the numbers. They well worth the money because "DO NOT CALL" is joke.

CPR Call Blocker is a great tool and help. My experience with it has been everything I could have hoped for...

so far I have not done an extensive check on repeat calls after blocking the most frequent robos. The hustlers for humana are hard at work using new numbers. They should be roundly fined for their disturbance of privacy. Why do they persist when I've told them that their pursuit is hopeless

I couldn't delete a BLOCKED NUMBER and Katrina guided me through various procedures until we believe that the number was successfully deleted. Then Katina suggested to call the number and request that they call me back. They will get to it later today due to the fact that they are busy currently. Katrina is very knowledgeable, polite and patient. EXCELLENT!

I sent back your V10000 because there was no clear explanation of how to actuate the specific function I bought it for and I got nothing but call transfers and auto-replies from your customer service department. My bank appealed to CPR upon proof that I had sent the product back to you, but withheld credit on the grounds that "USPS delivery confirmation does not constitute proof that you received it". My customer service ticket # is "171736 92748903131010000878331". And it should be clear from the mail trail, which failing the obvious will be published, that I am entitled to a refund.

Love it so far I can see less annoying calls very Happy with the blocker.

Have not been able to make it work. Filed ticket with CPR Call Blocker a week ago for assistance, but have yet to get any assistance.

Was a little slow coming, but certainly worth the wait. Being preprogrammed with 1000's of numbers immediately cut trouble calls to next to nothing. Have blocked a few numbers since, and easy to do from multiple phone extensions. {land line} Peace and quiet have been restored! Prior to using, had multiple 800 number calls, name unavailable, unknown in town and out of town and state etc. several times every day. They were relentless!
