I need to return mine. The customer service is terrible. Ten days since I contacted them and no response!!

We have been using CPR Call Blocker for years and are so pleased. However, I decided to update to the newest version. With the trade in deal it was like they were thinking of just me in providing the perfect way to have the newest version without spending the original price. It's a great deal either way! Quick service and excellent product!

I was extremely surprised when I received my Call Blocker. It was in a slightly padded envelope and placed in a very flimsy box that had been torn open and taped closed. There was no instructions or return label to return my old one and no usable envelope to return it in. Very unprofessional. I sent them an email and ask if they would still give me the $50.00 trade-in that was offered in April and they agreed. I ordered the unit and was overcharged $12.00.

STOPPED spam calls almost completely. We were getting up to 20 a day!

Works fine. If you don't write a review they keep sending you emails until you do. This is our second one. The first lasted about two years.

Cpr blocker works well, but it would be so much better if you could access numbers in the block, call or allow lists directly without scrolling thru many numbers. A simple search function would be welcome, otherwise, if you accidently block a number you have to scroll the whole list to find and delete it. That's quite annoying.

One thing that doesnt seem to work as I was told. When I get a call and answer with one of the hand held, hit #2 It does not register on the 1000 as successful. Am I doing something wrong?

I liked the fact it came with 5000 pre-blocked numbers. It was very easy to connect to our land line. I am buying more to give as Christmas gifts! Highly recommended!!
