Possibly defective
I had the previous model of Call Blocker which worked fine. The 1000 would not block at all. After trying support Chat and getting delayed response I was able to get friendly telephone support. He tested and said *defective unit" and said he would email instructions on return and replacement. The next day "Chat" emailed instructing the unit needed to be unplugged for 1 hour. This temporarily (one day) worked. The red button will not add a number to the block list until you go to the call list and then push block. This is a downgrade and not worth the $69 !
My CPR 10000 has caused more…
My CPR 10000 has caused more difficulties. Before I got it I would just answer the phone and hang up. Now with the CPR I answer then block the call then get more calls than I ever got before. The VOIP does not help nor does the Out of Area/International work. It does block calls I have blocked but the callers only get more aggressive and call from new numbers.

I would rate the CPR at a 5 star. Customer service at a 2 star. I as supposed to get a Jiffy bag and mailing label to send the old machine back. Did not receive either so can not send back.

The CPR Call Blocker was exactly what we needed for our home Panasonic PBX. After just 3 days of blocking unwanted calls, our home is peaceful and quiet. Thanks for a great product!
