So far we are super thrilled with the call blocker for my mother. She's now only getting the calls that we have allowed. Thank you. It gives up peace of mind.

Works great just like the 5000

Good deal on a great product!

Glad I made the purchase. Easy to block the calls and a very mature lady had no trouble getting it set up. Probably overpriced but if it cuts down on the calls from people that continually interrupt our homes it is worth it. Should be a law at against it!!

The V5000 Call Blocker has worked very well and we look forward to upgrading to the V10000!

This does not stop spam calls. Blocked call still ring twice before disconnecting. I have replaced this.

Today, I received an excellent Customer Service by Katrina. I have CPR V5000 that is working great until I start getting too many Robo and Spam calls, which I could not successfully block them. After talking to Katrina, I decided to upgrade (trade-in) this unit with their new CPR V10000. Yes, CPR V5000 is great but with new technology, I like to go with CPR V10000. Katrina, Thanks for your suggestion and Help.

Katarina was as helpful as she could be seeing as I forgot to say which call blocker I was using. After that it turned out that, unless I'm by the call blocker when an unwanted number rings I can't block it, though she did suggest I try the block code for your other models and wait to see if it worked. Fingers crossed !!

Having purchased 2 CPR blockers several years ago, the trade in option was of great value and the supply service was excellent.
