Great customer service from Alex. Took care of all my questions in a very professional manner.

Seeing that this Call Blocker only cost $69.99 with the discount and $11.60 to ship back the old unit, it was a bargain. The old unit was a disappointment because it would block out people I normally call. This new unit has an allow lists, so hopefully that will take care of that. Outside of that this device is great. Telemarketers would call all day long but this device stops them immediately.

This device seems to work really well at blocking numbers that you tell it to block. I really can't tell if it's successfully blocking the numbers that are pre-programmed into the call blocker.

This call blocker stopped the calls immediately. We were getting 5 to 10 calls a day. Have only added 5 numbers so far and that is so easy. Product is simple to install. We would recommend this to all.

I have not yet received instructions for how to return my 5000 Model Call Blocker since I did not receive the mailing pouch that was suppose to accompany my new Model 10000 Call Blocker. I emailed over a week ago and have gotten no response to my email although I did get an auto reply that a ticket had been issued. Yesterday I called and got your answering service. They indicated you would return my call but this never happened. I still awaiting instructions as to how to return my Model 500 Call Blocker as trade-in.

I'm not at all pleased with this call blocker. This is the second time I have gotten this call blocker. It does not work at all. I disconnected it. My original call blocker, the 5,000, was excellent. I never had any problems. I never should have traded it in.

Wired it all ways that were shown. None have worked. Will continue to try.

We've had the V10000 Call Blocker for a couple of years now, and the number of blocked calls is amazing. I wish it did better with spoofed numbers, but until telecom companies step up their game I don't think any device will catch them all. We had some issue when we recently switched phones, but switching from the Standard setup to the Parallel seems to have solved it.

It worked for 2 calls and quit!
