Missing black phone cable
I received the Call Blocker V5000 and the black cord was missing so I contacted CPR technical support. Korey Breem from CPR was my tech support person and he took care of everything and kept me updated with emails so I am very appreciative with Korey's quick and effective response to my situation.
What Happened?
I purchased the V5000 in June 2021 (if you're seeing this recently) this was 4 months ago. Took me a couple times to reach customer support because of time difference. 1st time I reached someone, they said to use **#6# with 1 and area code to delete someone from my list. My 92 year old dad, daughter and myself somehow got automatically added. (I didn't add myself) but some how we all got added). I couldn't find us on the list to delete. I had 79 numbers on the list, but only 20 would show up - none of our numbers, so I had to try and use the special code to delete and I tried many times with no luck. : ( 2nd call, unplug for an hour. I did this on 2 different days, NO LUCK! 3rd call... get machine up to 300 using a special code after hearing a dial tone. NO LUCK! Worked well for a few months, now it sucks. Hoping to get a working (LONG LASTING) replacement... we'll see how that goes. I'll keep you posted. If the unit worked as it did, it would be 5 STARS... but I can't un delete myself or my family. smh. Come on CPR... I hope you have a better unit for me that will last this time.

Flawless and easy to use. Illuminates those pesky robo-calls around noon and dinner time. Blocking unwanted calls that gets through is simple, press the red button or #2 on your phone to immediately terminate the call and places the number into the unwanted data base.

The Call Blocker is doing its job. My phone and answering machine are noticeably quieter throughout the day, a welcome and pleasant change. Had a couple of minor problems at the beginning, but they were resolved quickly and efficiently with a single phone call. Nice work!
changed setup. I changed it from the standard set up to the parallel set up. It seems to be working as it should now.
Worked like it should for a few days. Now the phone number does not show up on the screen so I can't block it. I unplugged it and plugged it back in. I don't know is it will work now. I haven't had someone call me that I want to block the number. I know that I haven't had as many calls on the new one that I had on my old blocker. That is a good thing.
