I purchased the 5000 series, my husband has installed it and I am not getting the nuisance calls I would get daily. Without exaggeration I would get 20 nuisance calls a day I am down to zero thank you CPR for providing a product that actually works.

Nothing on the v10000 worked. Sent it back and put back up the v5000.

I had my new call blocker in use for just one week and all of a sudden it froze! The red button was lit up and none of the buttons did anything. I was writing to customer service and decided to take all the cords out snd give that a try… it worked! I haven’t had a call yet so not sure if it will stay this way, but I hope so.

My 500 call Blocker was great I had 471 Blocked on it so I knew I needed to get the new one. Had help setting it up and I blocked my first call today. It is working great. Thanks
