Have used you once before and this time the repair was of the best quality and my watch returned looking as good as new even though it is 30+ years old

Arrived at 4.05pm with a watch needing a new battery and all done and working by 4.35pm despite watchmakers normally finishing work at 4.30pm. Excellent service and very reasonable compared with cost and timescale of going to a local jewellers.

Well organised systems, although I did say I only wanted the battery changed they said it should have a service as well. I just had to confirm I only wanted the battery changed.

Avoid, I sent in my Omega Seamaster watch on the 13/01/2024 for a service and battery replacement. An estimate of £627.60 was received and paid on 16/01/24. I was given a 15-20 week completion estimate. In addition I was given various dates which were surpassed, if you value your watch I would send it elsewhere. After numerous emails, today received my watch back 34 weeks after the payment date.
