They are experts in their field, their regular progress update communications keep you informed and then they follow up after repair to check everything is as it should be. I have had my Longines wristwatch for years and on Wednesday morning the hour hand had fallen off. When you have a watch you always wear it is discombobulating not having it work when you look at your wrist. A friend recommended Luxury Watch Repairs in Harvey Nichols Manchester, so I popped in at lunchtime. Charlie the store manager took a look at my watch and reassured me that it would only take a half hour to fix. I had assumed it would need sending away, so that was a pleasant surprise. I came back and it was all fixed, cleaned and with a new battery. Excellent service. So happy to have my watch fully working in such a short time. Thank you Charlie

Sent my Omega Seamaster (ref 101104/53788)in for a £960 service in mid March. Apart from a generic email that tells you your watch is progressing through the workshop. I have had no communications from LWR despite numerous emails to the customer service department. Feels & it looks like I have been scammed out my £960 & my Omega watch. Hope I am wrong, but can't get anybody at LWR to answer my query, WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO MY WATCH??????

I have just received my watch back from Luxury Watches and I am extremely pleased with it. I was apprehensive at sending my watch away as this was the first time it needed a new battery and service. I need not have worried, LWR kept me informed every step of the way and supplied secure packaging and insurance. I will definitely be using them again.

They fixed a watch that I have had since 1989 perfectly. It took longer than I anticipated, but when I called them, they were very helpful and explained the reasons why. The watch had previosuly been breaking down frequently prior to Luxury Watch Repairs fixing it. I am very please with their service. Thank you!

Very helpful over email and in person. Went for a battery change and they also checked the water seal etc. Good warranty and value too. Would definitely recommend :)
