I came in randomly as a new customer wanting a battery change on my Tissot watch. I was seen quite quickly and they were able to change my watch battery in about 15 minutes. Fast and professional service and Scott (think that was his name) was really friendly and knowledgeable. Would definitely come back again.

My Rolex Submariner is about 30 years now and been used every day so showing its age! When it suddenly stopped I contacted Rolex and was quoted more than it originally cost to fix, so no way! Then got a quote to fix, clean and polish from LW which was very reasonable so went with that. It did take some time, as parts had to be ordered, but it came back in a quality padded case working perfectly and looking like it was new! Love it again!
