Ridiculous service. Unacceptable!!
Its getting on for 8 months now. I'm constantly having to chase them. Simply nowhere near good enough. Think carefully before using this joke of a company!

Omega speed master…
Omega speed master…. I wish I had filtered the 1star results as this would have shown that Omega watches are most affected by this diabolical and excessive service time. If you can’t deal with the workload say so… nobody trusts a company that a) doesn’t communicate and b) doesn’t tell the truth! My experience is poor at best! My watch was sent for review in March and I was quoted and paid for a service and repair on 18th March. After several weeks I requested confirmation of when my watch was to be returned, to be told via email my contract stated 20 weeks, After 20 weeks I enquired again to be told my contract terms said 22 weeks! So I waited…. Following this I was then told that my crystal glass was damaged and would need repairing, cost £120 extra, the watch glass was fine when I sent it so I said no thanks the glass is fine. The manager responded and said they would replace it free of charge… a nice gesture although a complete waste of time and money because nothing was wrong with it! And after 20 odd weeks you would have thought they may have spotted that sooner (if true!) At 25 weeks I contacted them again and was told they were awaiting parts… no timeline no dates and no mention of awaiting parts at any time in the previous 25 weeks. I asked when the parts were ordered, when they were expected and importantly when my watch would be returned! The response stated the parts were ordered on 18/3 (date my payment was received) but no dates of delivery or date for return could be given, although assurances made that they were on it and it was receiving priority attention. We are now in week 30 and I am still awaiting my watch! 2 months after it was expected. Unlike others my emails have been responded to but I have had to initiate all the way. Frustration is an understatement which is a shame because it could be so much better!! I only hope the watch does finally appear… and the work has been carried out satisfactorily. Ups and downs
Sending process was good with a sturdy box supplied. Problem with the estimate - I had clearly stated ‘battery replacement’ but got an estimate for a service- meant I had to sort that out. Although we’ll pack on the return it was in bubble wrap instead of the sturdy box supplied when I sent in. Also suggests that postage is free - it’s not - it’s £18. That is not at all clear. Process was quick and lots of communication (almost too much) about what was happening.
My watch was repaired and serviced
My watch was repaired and serviced, and is now functioning perfectly. The service provided by LWR was professional, with an initial quote for expected work along with a timeframe for completion. Work is approved by Cartier and comes with a 3 year guarantee.My only complaint would be the 14 weeks taken for the repair and service.
