Watch service

The email updates were generic and did not accurately describe the status of my watch repair. I did receive an email to say all the parts had arrived yet it took over two months to get my watch to a watchmaker. When the work was complete I contacted LWR to request that the watch not be sent straight away as I was on holiday. Despite assurances they would delay delivery until a specific date I gave, the watch was dispatch the next day and I had to arrange someone to be at my home to accept delivery.

I waa a bit apprehensive about sending my watch, but the service was exceptional, I was kept informed of every stage the service and repair took. Will definitely use again, and highly recommend.

Fantastic service by Charlie in Harvey Nicks in Manchester. Battery replaced in my Tag watch in 20 minutes for £48 - just time to go and get a coffee..

I wanted to reduced few links of my AP watch and was concern who to take it to. I called and Charlie asked me to go to the store. I visited Luxury Watch Repairs Manchester in Harvey Nichols in Manchester. Wow! he is amazing and polite he reduced the links for me and was very professional. He was quick I didn't have to wait long. I would recommend anyone with a luxury watch who wants a repair or anything to see Charlie highly recommended.

Avoid this company at all cost!

Avoid this company at all cost! They quoted me for a repair, which was going to take 45 weeks, all the money up front, then after having my watch for 4 months they returned it still broken. And I was told I was to be refunded in 14 days, but only after 50 days and phone call after phone call, and threats of court! Did they finally refund me. Personally I think they try to wear you down to the point where you give up!!!

100% great service …

My watch is working perfectly & I can’t thank LWR for the service received from start to finish enough.My watch has a lot of sentimental value but unfortunately I don’t have the disposable income anymore to pay the Breitling Service Departments prices as there always seems to be something to do so it’s great to have an alternative & still quality option which enables me to keep wearing my watch which brings me more happiness than I could say. Everyone I had contact with by both email & telephone was really helpful, professional & understanding & went out of their way to give great customer service. I will definitely be back at some point be it for another battery replacement or service & would have no hesitation recommending LWR to anyone.
