Luxury Watch repairs London

I recently used LWR to have a battery replaced in my Tissot Sea star. From contacting the company to discuss my requirements to my watch being safely returned their Customer Service was second to none. Their communication throughout out the process was clear and precise. In a world where Customer Service appears to have been left behind. Luxury Watch Repairs have put Customer Service front and foremost in everything they do.

A good company to do business with.

This is the second time I have used Luxury Watch Services and I am very impressed indeed and would have no hesitation in using their services in the future. My watch came back really well packaged and looking like brand new.

I Was very sceptical of sending my watch away to be repaired. But I can only recommend the service I have had from this company. I was kept informed all along the way. Plus you get a 3 year guarantee, so I would def recommend anyone using them

Charlie in the Manchester store.

I went into the Manchester store to see if someone could remove a link from my watch. Charlie was really helpful and did it while I waited. Top bloke, would definitely recommend Luxury Watch Repairs.

Omega service.

Cannot fault the work done. The time frame from them receiving the watch to return can be quite lengthy(you are, at the start informed of this) the downside is lack of updates and I’ve seen this on other forum reviews. Having said that I would definitely recommend them and use their services again.

It took ten months for them to repair…

It took ten months for them to repair and clean my Breitling. I had to constantly chase them for updates and their explanation for the delay varied each time. Would have been quicker and maybe cheaper to have sent the watch to Breitling direct. QU-99533/51735

My rolex had not been serviced or…

My rolex had not been serviced or repaired in many many years and so I was happy to find someone who could look at it. Their cost was very reasonable for what they did. It did take longer than I thought but knowing what they had to do I was ok with it. My watch is like new again.
