We had a really fantastic experience with Charlie today in Manchester, friendly, professional, knowledgeable and fast ! Can’t recommend them highly enough. We had been quoted 6 weeks and a lot of money to change the battery in a Cartier watch and Charlie did a fantastic job in 20 minutes and at a fraction of the cost . He also checked the watch over for us which was an unexpected bonus. And as a side note Charlie absolutely made my day today and the kindness shown to myself and my daughters reaffirmed my faith in human nature. Thank you so much 😊

We had great communication throughout, and are extremely grateful that they were able to repair a relatives 70 year old watch. It took a while but a lot of work and effort went into ensuring the watch is now in a great working condition. The team also went out of their way to find us a watch pouch as we didn’t have a case. Charlie in store was very friendly and helpful, we will definitely be returning in the future and will recommend their service to others. Thank you!

My husband's watch needed a new battery - which I had planned on dropping off and collecting later. Sam in Hatton Garden replaced it there and then - he didn't even charge me AND gave it back in a lovely padded case. It's the second time I have used them, and I cannot recommend them highly enough - a first class service.

Sent watch for repair/new battery in the post to Hatton Garden, they sent the watch back to Manchester for me to collect. Lovely people and whilst the watch is with them they let you know every step of its journey which is excellent. The gentleman in Harvey Nics in Manchester was lovely.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. Utter diobolical service. They have had my watch 10 months already. They let you know nothing and you have to chase them. Twice my watch has been in final quality check, this time for over 6 weeks and been told at least another three. Terrible service, think with my Omega Seamaster they are going for the world record, I am sure the watch technician is a 4 year old.

Overall the quality of work is first class. Had Rolex serviced, polished & glass replaced. Looks immaculate and works perfectly. Only negative was communication throughout could have been better, hence 4*
