I was very impressed with the service , I like the email updates to inform on the progress and status

Two watches sent. A 4 year old Christopher Ward automatic and a Rolex Oyster Perpetual. Just a service on the first took almost 5 months and cost £580. The watch was £700 new. On return it was running over 9 seconds slow a day as opposed to 7 seconds fast a week when sent. The Rolex was away for 6 months and when returned was 37 seconds slow a day. Remember its a chronometer capable of -4 to plus 6 worst case. That was returned to sort out and I stupidly asked for new hands and bracelet refurbishment. Another 5 months and watch finally received this week. Its now running between +170 second and +36 seconds fast per day depending on position. I couldn't believe it. I've put it on a professional timegrapher and for those that know it now has a beat error of 4ms. This should be below 0.5ms. Total cost for the Rolex ? over £1000. In total over £1700 on two watches that I will now need to have real watchmaker put right. Disgusting outfit.

Absolutely shocking service do not use Gave a quote for work and said watch had been sent to Switzerland to Omega.I paid for the work , they then said Omega could not repair . Sent it back in a jiffy bag with hardly any protection. Said they would refund my money, I had to go through credit card company to get this reimbursed. I have been in touch with Omega who advised me the watch was never received by them

Fantastic service, very professional and will continue to use LWR. I’ve used them for 1x service and 2x battery replacements all fantastic.

I brought in my new watch just before they closed to see if they would take some of the links off to resize it so it fit my wrist. They were very accommodating and quickly did it for me. When I asked how much they said it was on the house! Great friendly service! Would go back if I had any watch related issues.

The service was great, really efficient. I dropped my watch in on the Thursday I believe and collected it on the Monday with the replacement battery I paid for along with a report of the water testing which was completed by your team. Much appreciated, I’ll return again when I need anymore works completed.

Well pleased with my watch now I have received it back communication was average at best but length of time it took to service and return was far to long
