Well this is a bit complicated!
Well this is a bit complicated! Sent my Tudor watch for repair and paid over £500 upfront. Got it back. Accompanied by long BS paper saying how much work they had done. Problem? Was not working. Sent it back asking for repairs to be expedited. Received half an hour ago....seems to be ok. I would not recomnend this company. If I have any issues for servicing or repairs in future will take it to the official Tudor dealer I bought it from.

Excellent service at Luxury Watch Repairs Manchester. My watch just needed a battery replacement and this service was undertaken in 20 minutes, as promised. No hidden extras and extended my watch guarantee by 2 more years.
5 star service from Karl at the Canary…
5 star service from Karl at the Canary Wharf location. Was later in the day but was welcoming and accommodating for a battery change for my beloved Omega Seamaster. 2 year warranty explained to me and had the time to answer some other questions i had for another watch i require some work performed to. Would definitely use the team again for any other servicing requirements
It seems ironic that there are so many…
It seems ironic that there are so many "good" reports about service etc but very few indeed concerning the deplorable service/communication from this company. I sent my Omega speedmaster for servicing etc in February 2024 and following acceptance of the quotation and deposit agreement, work should have commenced on or about 21st February 2024. Here we are some 21 (twenty one) weeks later and I have had one response concerning the progress of work. The estimated work period was 15 to 20 weeks. Despite several emails and non answered telephone calls I do not know what is happening to my beloved watch. I am extremely concerned that the company is in fact doing any work or indeed still has my watch. I cannot comment upon anything else except to say that, because of my current experience, potential customers should be aware of possible exceptional delays without any reasonable explanation. Management should respond to all sensible requests for information but in particular answer negative reports with all due haste.
