Great service from Scott, all the staff going to lunch, while we were waiting, we're friendly and all asked if we were been seen. Facilities were an improvement on the old building.bringing my watches here soon.

sent my watch off for repair on 5th September 2023 received it back after repair 10th July 2024. Numberous emails ignored or no response. phone calls with long waiting time and now answers. it was an expensive repair, very poor customer service and comms

Today I meet a very humble and good heart person. I was in rush for my work at the same time I need to fix my watch . I went a watch shop I meet Karl he fixed it very quick and nicely. Thank you Karl I really appreciate it.

Rolex repaired and refurbished on time. It now looks like new with one or two deep scratches in the case gone. Scratches on the bracelet gone. Moreover the watch now keeps very good time and better than it did when new. Altogether an excellent service.
