After reading the positive reviews, I decided to use LWR to service and replace the battery in my watch. They sent me a beautiful secure box with a pre-paid Royal Mail special delivery bag for me to use. Their customer service is great, and my emails were responded to promptly. My repair was carried out, and my watch was back with me within one week. Going forward, I will always use this company for watch repairs or battery replacements. Thank you LWR

LWR were very professional. Called in with an issue with my TAG Heuer. They managed to inspect it immediately and replace the battery. Got it back up and working. Nice premises.

Great communication by email prior to my appointment. On the day turnaround was prompt. My watch was cleaned and a sticky bezel sorted foc in addition to straight battery swap and pressure test. I will definitely be coming back whenever one of my watches needs a service.
