I gave my omega seamaster for a service in September 2023 and had the work completed on the watch and I was able to collect it from Hatton Gardens on the 23rd May 2024! A long wait but well worth it. Obtaining parts were the issue here. This is the second service that my watch has had, the first was by Omega itself but through Crouch Jewellers. The watch looks immaculate and almost as new as when I bought it first but this is after the second service by Luxury Watch Repairs. My commendations to Luxury Watch Repairs for doing an absolutely superb job.

Awful company. AVOID at all costs. The workmanship is substandard, the repair took nearly a year and I was definitely not happy with the results. I did not want to return my watch to Luxury Watch Repairs after it took over a year for the last repair, which I was unhappy with. Also, had the third party not opened the watch I would not have known that a corroded base plate was left in place.

Sent in my IWC. Got an estimate very quickly. Received the watch back much faster than communicated and great service.

First time visiting Charlie very friendly and very professional.Was very help full and very upcoming welcome beat.

I needed a small adjustment on my watch strap. Charlie, the store manager, performed the adjustment himself while I waited. It only took a few minutes and my watch fitted perfectly. Charlie refused to take any payment because, as he said, no resources had been used. If you need an adjustment to your watch, this is the place to go. Just remember to take any surplus links with you, in case they're needed. I cannot fault them and will definitely use them again.
