£250 for a full service is a false claim

The £250 for a full service is a false claim. The quote for my Automatic Chronograph was £550, with no credible explanation as to why the service it required should cost more than twice the ´full service‘. One star for that, and one star for the customer service person who admitted the above.

Wow wow wow. This is an extraordinary service. They collected my watch for free, sent me photographic updates, quickly quoted me, fixed my Tag and adjusted it, and returned it to me within 3 weeks. Unrivalled experience, and truly appreciated. Thank you.

Omega - Fantastic service from start to finish

Fantastic service from start to finish. I sent my Omega watch off via the insured postage service and reviewed my confirmation email that it had been received. I sent it just before Christmas and received it back early! Why was my experience so good: - Wonderful Omega box - Watch now looks like new - Great communication - Sent in under 24hrs

The first time we used this company the end result was good but the communication was difficult to get any answers, the process took ages and the watch had to go back an again to finally be fixed. The second time went very smooth and quickly and I am very happy with my watch
