Avoid this company

Avoid this company. The quoted maximum 15 week return time has now extended to 6 months with still no sign of the watch. Communication is terrible and it looks like I am going to have to take legal action to recover the watch and costs. Dont be fooled by the smart web site and claims that are made.

25 year old Cartier Watch

My 25 year old Cartier watch really was past its best. I sent to LWR after reading lots of reviews but was very nervous to send my treasured watch away. They had it for nearly 3 months, which I was informed of when quoted for repair, because parts needed ordering. I’m delighted with my watch, it is literally gleaming.

Service and battery replacement on a vintage Tag Heuer. Supplied an insured postage wallet and returned in a Tag Heuer branded soft case. Great service!

The service here has been incredibly poor

The service here has been incredibly poor. I put my watch in at the end of September 2024 and was given a 10-12 week service time estimate. After 18 weeks I got in contact to ask for an update and was told 2 more weeks to completion. 5 weeks later I enquired again. They now appear to not be replying to my emails. Very concerning.

Great communication and service. You always know exactly where your watch is and what stage they are at with the process. Second time i have used them and will definitely do so again.

A trustworthy and highly recommended watch repairer.

This is the second time I've taken a Tissot watch to this company because of my previous 5 star experience. Again, a good customer experience from reception through to the collection of the watch a few days later. A clear explanation of the process was given and the price was fair.

Initially communication was not good…

Initially communication was not good but eventually I received updates but not very good. Finally after an extra 8 weeks I received information on my watch. I communicated with Zack who proved to be an excellent Ambassador for your company he kept me updated. Received my watch yesterday excellent work its back on my wrist. I would like to say Zack was the only person who communicated with me during stress time with my watch delivery he is a 5star member of your team. Thank you. Hamish
