29 Week's and Still not returned My Watch

29 weeks this company has had my watch and despite numerous requests where they confirm a completion date when that time arrives they then extend further. Police have now been contacted to try and retrieve my watch as I am not certain whether it is lost or what has happened.

Awful customer service, no communication and no watch!

Update 23/3/25 - last week I contacted TAG directly and asked them to take action as LWR is one of their certified repair centres. TAG gave them a call. Guess what? Miracles do happen and all of a sudden the parts arrived, testing completed and i have my watch back, the delivery was still painful! I do however distrust the repair and will get it checked as for me the warranty is meaningless give the companies behaviour and loss of trust. For those of you having similar issues, I suggest following the same route. I sent my watch off for a service in September 2024, given a quote and a lead time of 8-12 weeks. I paid and sat back to wait……and wait and wait. Communication update emails started periodically and then tried up, I initially got responses to my emails asking for updates, those updates being delay after delay. I resorted to calling, I was told at the end of the week if it passed testing, no watch. I called the following week, told it failed and spares would be ordered. I was told I would receive an update that week….nothing. I’m on the verge of legal action, as far as I’m concerned. They have my property, it’s been 6months and can’t tell me when it’s going to be returned.

AVOID They won’t return my watch

AVOID. I highly recommend that you don’t use this organisation. They have had my watch since July 2024 and despite numerous calls I still haven’t received it back. They ignore emails and give the same lies about the watch being returned in a couple of days when I phone. I am now instigating legal action against them. They have benefited from c£750 paid up front for the service on top of the value of the watch that I can only assume they have lost. Any reputable organisation would engage, explain and at least compensate. Not responding to emails and not returning calls is extremely frustrating and incredibly poor service.
