Excellent service.…
Sent my 23 year old Omega speed master for repair/service. Throughout I was updated on a monthly basis to its progress. On receiving it back I was extremely pleased with the quality of the service it was as new, been repaired using genuine Omega parts and with a 3 year warranty. I would highly suggest LWR for their professional service

Excuse after excuse
I sent my watch for repair on the 7th March 2024 paying£1,086 upfront. Since then I have been told waiting for parts then par6s lost so making a insurance claim to the post office. Now told watch has been lost and they are waiting for their insurance company to authorise a new watch for me. The watch was a present from my family for a special birthday so would really like it back. I have been in touch with watch dog about this company and asked them to check out other people's negative reviews and then they will be back in touch. I have always been polite and courteous in my correspondence with LWR but this is taking the micky. Please avoid at all costs.
Appalling service
Gave them my antique watch to repair and service last year. Within a few months the winder broke. Sent it back and they kept it for almost a year. Kept telling me it was being tested and would be ready in a few days but kept missing their own deadlines. Difficult to contact by phone and reference to their manager didn’t produce a response. Eventually got it back but not holding my breath about how long it will last. Avoid at all costs. Better to pay the extra and send to the manufacturer directly. UPDATE after I had posted the above review, but mentioning the make of watch, I received a message from Trustpilot saying that luxurywatchrepairs had referred it to them because I had included the make. That was on the basis of breaching the guidelines by including promotional content or advertising. Clearly LWR don’t want to let people see how bad they are.
Very helpful
Very helpful. Adjusted my watch strap in a few minutes for no charge.
Great and friendly service
Sam was great at advising and helping. The battery was changed and very useful advice given regarding the parts issue I had with my rare Rado. I’ve been here before (now they have an actual shop on Hatton Garden itself) and I’ll come here again.
This is my second review of LWR.
This is my second review of LWR. My watch was dispatched to them (and paid for) in July last year. No watch has been returned, and communication is virtually non-existent. In my last review, I threatened to go in person to find out what was happening. Cue a response, an apology and promises that my watch would be sent to Omega for repair. Obviously, I've heard nothing about my watch since. Given the lack of communication, I can only presume my watch has gone nowhere. Do they even still have it? LWR has unsuccessfully tried to have my original Trustpilot review removed. The truth obviously hurts. If you care about your watch, do not use this company. Looking at other reviews, I wonder if I will see my watch again? Horrific experience.
Will use again
Easy to find online, spoke to someone about my concerns over the phone, easy payment, good overall service and aftercare sales. Watch repaired on time, with travel box.
A really excellent service
A really excellent service, one of the best services I’ve ever come across. Communication was given throughout the process, which was easy and incredibly slick. Highly recommended and will use again for any future watch needs.
Seamless service with great…
Seamless service with great communication and transparent pricing. Would thoroughly recommend.
Watch returned fully serviced and as-good-as-new
Watch returned fully serviced and as-good-as-new, very helpful in terms of what was required pre-service, they did mention certain parts required to be brought in to help fix and kept communication open. Will look to use them in the again in future.
