From start to finish luxury watch repairs were a pleasure to deal with. They sent me a secure box to send my watch off to them and once assessed they contacted me with a quote. We agreed the work required and I made a payment. The watch was returned in perfect condition within a few weeks. Very happy with the work carried out.

This is the second time I’ve had my watch serviced by Luxury Watch Repairs and I cannot fault them. I was kept informed at every stage of the progress of my watch and it has come back as new. The security packaging and protection is second to none and although I initially felt doubtful about sending my watch by post everything was covered by insurance. If I had any questions there were real people at the end of the phone. Worth every penny!

The communication and level of service was exceptional and so welcome these days. Costs were very reasonable. Would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending the services of Luxury Watch Repairs. Very impressed indeed.
AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE
AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. Read my experience of getting my watch serviced by them and make up your mind for yourself....... I found this company online and felt reassured by their 'positive trustpilot reviews' and the fact they had a walk in shop in Hatton Gardens. I sent in my watch for an evaluation for service, which the company responded quickly saying that they would require an upfront payment of £685 to carry out the work on my watch. I made the payment in August 2024 and was told the work would take 15-20 weeks.....which though I thought was a long time, thought that this was just one of those things. In January (past the 20 weeks timeframe they had stated), I emailed them for updates about my watch. I received a response saying it would take a max 3 weeks to complete the work. Past the 3 weeks, I contacted them again a couple of times asking for an update and my watch to be returned. They eventually responded saying that they couldn't complete the work themselves due to not being able to get hold of the parts and wanted to send off to an Omega service centre. There was no indication of a job number etc which seemed incredibly suspicious to me so I asked for my watch to be returned immediately as I had lost all faith with their business. They did not respond. Fast forward to now (March) and I have still not had my watch back. After posting an initial review on here, I finally managed to get through to them on the phone where they informed me they have sent my watch on to Omega despite my request not to. I have since verified with Omega that they have my watch. Omega were suprised that this has taken so long for them to receive my watch and did not agree that there was an issue getting hold of parts. Though Luxury Watch Repairs may not be a fraudulent company, they have some of the most terrible and inconsiderate customer service and communication i have ever experienced by a business. I have researched this company in more detail online since and I have come across watch forums sharing incidents and accounts which are identical to this one. I would strongly recommend avoiding using this company. In future if I need a watch serviced, i will go to the manufacturer directly.
TAG Service & Polish
I agreed to proceed with the service in August 24, having been given a lead time that took it circa Christmas, I was given regular updates by email these were auto generated but at least put my mind at rest that my service was progressing, unfortunately my watch required a part from Switzerland and this expanded the wait time considerably, after a number of calls, I finally had confirm that my watch was ready for return and this was returned to me 1st March, my TAG Carrera looks like a new watch and despite the timeframe I am more than happy with the results, well packaged upon return and signed for ensured a safe arrival. An earlier email sent was responded too promptly and my query dealt with. Wouldn't hesitate in using & recommending them to my friends.
Terrible service with Watch effectively missing.
I thought perhaps I was an exception, as this company have had my Rolex for 6 months and still no sign of being returned. Message in October was parts ordered and then the black hole of mealy words around the delays, just terrible service and a terrible company. Having seen other reviews, I need to follow the same path and follow a legal route.
Seamless Process - Highly Recommended
This company was recommended to me by a close friend and I have to say I have been well impressed, from the ordering of the initial packaging to send off the watch, the communication to let me know they’ve received the watch, then updating on progress, through to the despatch of the watch. Plus an email once I had received the watch back to make sure I was happy. Really can’t fault them and will be using again.
