Great service

Great service from Karl who replaced the battery in my nan's old watch and added some links. Thank you for taking so much care with the watch, especially since the links can be tricky to undo since they're so old. It was all completely in under 20 minutes. I'd definitely go back here.

I had a Watch way to big for my wrist and they had no problem removing the extra links within a very quick time frame so grateful as I popped in on my work break..

Had my watch serviced

Had my watch serviced, polished and a new battery. It came back like brand new, it did take 13 weeks but definitely worth the wait. Thanks Again

Originally I was quoted 16-18 weeks - I I wish!!

Originally I was quoted 16-18 weeks, paid my money then had no updates for months. Only when I chased 3 times did I get a reply. I'm now on 24 weeks and just had the 2nd email saying it is in final stages of being checked, again I had to chase. They blame delay in parts from manufacturers but I have spoken with a two other repairers and they did not believe this story. AVOID unless you love poor service and have time to waste sending chase up emails

Very happy customer

Was recommended by another customer, as I needed 2 batteries in my Tag watches so called in. Charlie was lovely, very helpful and knowledgeable and great price compared to other places. Completely happy with the service, also cleaned and polished the watches too, no issues whatsoever, and will definitely be using them and recommending them for any future work.
