Although the repair took a while to complete I was kept informed and updated of progress made and it has comeback looking as good as the day I bought it

I sent my Omega watch to Luxury Watch Repairs in January, 2024, and I finally received it back from Luxury Watch Repairs today. Whilst the customer service that I received from Luxury Watches, in relation to the delay in returning my watch to me was abysmal, I do have to acknowledge that they have (finally) done a superb job in servicing and renovating my Omega de Ville. It now looks brand new and I have received two telephone calls from Scott at Luxury Watches, apologising for the poor customer service and lack of communication. I am very happy with the quality of work of Luxury Watches, and I hope that they will improve their communications with customs. Now that I have received assurances that this lack of communication will not take place in the future, I will be happy to use Luxury Watches again. Service completed in 20 minutes. This is the second watch I have taken there and it won't be the last. If you have a timepiece you care about then this is the place to go.

This is my third time of using them, the previous two occassions went without a hitch. This time I've paid for a valuation certificate and had to chase via email and phone several times before receiving it. It appears there was a breakdown in comms their end and my persistance paid off.

I sent my Omega watch in for battery and reseal. It was all done really quickly and a very good price. Loved the flow up call to check all was ok. Will definitely use again and can highly recommend!

This company have had the watch for over a year reference 44975, an expensive Omega engraved in memory of my deceased father. In January they told me “it’s done we are doing final checks”. Then told me the same in early March. Then the customer advisor said the same on the phone after “speaking to the watchmaker” & said it would be posted by end of week. Then another email chase, and another begging for them to be honest if the watch is lost.. no response. 14 months later & my treasured Omega is in an unknown place with no realistic outcome for if I will ever get it back. I hope this review generates their team to get in touch as I intend to inform the police as my next step.

Very pleased with the service provided

On initially receiving my Omega the correspondence from LWR was good but then it soon deteriorated. I was told that my watch would be ready within a month but when the date came and went I chase them for an update, after finally getting through on the phone I was informed that it would be ready before Christmas! Again the date came and went and no watch or update from LWR! Another email to be told 12 weeks from date of paying the invoice, 12 weeks no watch, email sent no reply and then finally a reply. This went on for 6 months with them finally stating the watch had been shipped which it had not! This was a poor experience of a company that charges you for the service before they've serviced the watch. On receiving the watch enclosed was paperwork written in Swiss so that made me think that the watch had been sent away to be fixed/ serviced and this was why the wait was far longer than I was quoted! I have sent my watch back previously to Omega and the wait was no where as long as this company that is based in the UK! I cannot recommend this company due to the lack of correspondence and the extremely long waits. Watch sent in September 2023 returned February 2024! Jamie, Below is the details requested.
