GREAT service but room to improve?

Original waiting time to be notified that they have received the watch was over a month. I had to chase them via email to find out what was going on! Whilst I would consider this unacceptable, I still have to give a good review because one they were "on it" the whole process was completed in good time, and the work done was excellent.

My wife sent my watch for repair before…

My wife sent my watch for repair before Xmas and was assured it would be returned before Xmas as a present- watch didn’t come back until early March ! To make it worse they completely ignored the two main components that where worn due to age - this leaving us feeling completely ripped off for the charge of £400 + - stay away they are charlatans !! If you don’t believe me read the many terrible reviews!!! Never again - Steer clear!

Very smooth experience with LWR

Very smooth experience with LWR. Sent in two watches and received them back very quickly. I had initially gone to numerous ADs who quoted 4-8 weeks for a battery replacement… luckily I stumbled upon LWR online and had the first TAG back in 4-5 days. Great service and will be sending other watches to their team in the future!

The repair time quoted was 20 to 40…

The repair time quoted was 20 to 40 weeks. Not a great start. Returned watch was placed in adequate bubble wrap,unlike the free pickup which had a lovely case free postage etc. it also costs £21 for the return. Not impressed!

Outstanding Customer Service

I visited Luxury Watch Repairs for some minor work to my Omega. The premises is smart and welcoming, as was Scott who helped me on the day. Scott is a true gentleman, and if you are interested in outstanding customer service I thoroughly recommend this business to you. I had a great experience and will definitely be coming back in future. Needless to say I will encourage my friends and family to bring their watches to this establishment. As an aside, they have a cool range of Wolf watch-winder secure display cases for chronometers for the gentleman/lady who has everything.
