Face the Future did not disappoint. What attracted me to them initially was the restriction to sell certain products until you had completed a skin consult. This in itself filled me with some confidence in the fact that we are purchasing highly active products that need to be used in the correct way and at the correct times. I completed my online skin consult and received a personal reply from Suzanne within an hour! She clearly knew her stuff, or at least had been trained really well re the skincare. Super friendly and the recommendations she advised of were spot on! The brands she selected were at the level I was looking for, they were well know cosmeceutical brands that hit the mark re actives and addressed my skin concerns. Since then, my orders have been fulfilled promptly and with ease. The app is brilliant! Love browsing the recommendations and new technology as it arrives. Also love the clearance section. Also appreciate the gifts/trial products you send with orders. Great to try things you may not think to. I love that you can get points and specials. The 'Edit' boxes are especially amazing!
