My orders keep getting cancelled for no reason. I have tried to order several times and they are being cancelled. This is disappointing considering they have a range of great products with great discount on offer and I was trying to make the most of it buying gifts for friends and family, with Christmas coming up.

I visited the website only to buy one product, which Face the Future sold cheaper to first time customers, but I was surprised to see lots more quality brands I was interested in, some of them offered at fabulous discounts.
