Bad company, Bad Products, Bad Customer Service
This company Terms&Condition stated "Consumers may find ingredients or packaging of certain products differ to the products sold. Product photographs and listed ingredients on product are intended as a guide only". This means you may get the product not what you ordered or see on it's website (this is what happed to me). Also it means ingredients may cause skin irritation and allergies. So simply "DO NOT BUY". Update: Obviously Face the Future cannot help itself by have a dig here despite it received my message in my separate review where I stated very clear that "To Face the Future - Do not reply my review as I do not care and do not want to hear from you."

First time ordering from this company
First time ordering from this company, managed to get two gift sets that were sold out in the actual brand store. Ordered yesterday and got free next day special delivery by 1pm and it arrived today. nicely packaged, items in perfect condition with some free samples.
Poorest customer service
Great looking site, lots of promos and products if you're lucky enough to get your order delivered correctly. Poorest customer experience I have yet to encounter. Items get wrongly delivered by RM, and although this was verified, this business is still expecting me to wait up to 28 days to get any sort of resolution ie a refund (so i can take my business elsewhere, or by some luck, a replacement.) Up to now, no resolution or compensation in sight. Shameful. Not even a micro / small business would deal with customers in this way. Never to return.
Amazing!
Placed my first order on Sunday evening, it was delivered today, (Tuesday). That is what I call amazing service. On top of that, the prices were amazing. What's not to like. 5 stars all the way, from me! Thank you.
Extremely disappointed by this company
Extremely disappointed by this company. They want to be the next LookFantastic, Cult Beauty and Sephora and while their website looks the business, they fall short. Clearly they’re still small time with their poor customer service, short returns policy of 14 days (who on earth even has that policy these days) and lack of knowledge on their products. Stated that their returns policy of 14 days is due to ‘active ingredients’. Very funny, that they might go off with in 14 days of delivery even though they haven’t been opened. Only questions how long they’ve had their stock for before they sell it. I unfortunately had a bad reaction to one of their products. I waited for their response to my email, this carried over to the holiday period (Christmas and New Year) and then in the New Year they said sorry it’s been over 14 days. What on earth!?! There should have been some halt to this returns policy due to my reaction and investigation not to mention the holiday period. Along with this, their customer service is not good and they clearly seem to be a small company as having read the other negative reviews they seem to try and get out of returns at all costs. Just a little embarrassing for them really. I really wish I’d read the reviews before buying from this company. It seems that they just want the money rather than thinking about the long term return customer gain. If the customer service was good I would have returned to them and spent a lot more money as I am a skincare fanatic. In response to the below. Yes order placed 11th December. Please note that I didn’t receive the order on 11th December. People are busy over the holiday period and there are bank holidays which your policy should take into account. And my returns should have been halted when I raised the concern of allergy. As I emailed you about my order details very beginning of January. Even the response below highlights how petty, unprofessional and poor your customer service is. Customer service doesn’t come attitude. You are a small business and it shows. Should be called ‘has no future’ if this is the way you handle your business.
A complete waste of money
This was my first time ordering from this company and it was not a positive experience and from the look of some of these reviews I’m not the only one either. I was sceptical about ordering from a site I’ve never used before and unfortunately I should have followed my instincts. The reason I wanted to place the order with face the future was due to the lower prices for hair products I’ve been wanting to try, also offering a discount for new comers. I never even received my products, and the delivery ‘proof’ provided by Royal Mail was a picture facing the ground which could have been anywhere. There was no ticket left by the driver to say it was left in a safe place or with an neighbour and we checked in all the external areas of the house and couldn’t find it. We don’t normally have parcel thieves in the area but if it was left in plain sight then it could have caught someone’s attention. After advising them of the missing parcel and completing their forms I was advised that an investigation was underhand. After the investigation was concluded all that was said is that the gps and driver testimony is sufficient enough to close the case and not replace the products or offer me a refund. They didn’t even say what the driver testimony was. It feels like a very lacklustre investigation and I’m very upset with the outcome. A total waste of money a poor customer service, my last email sent to them was ignored, which shows how little they care for their customer journey.
Superb Service - Love Love Love this company!
I have been using Face the Future for skin care for some time and in my last order I received a 20% of next order code. When I came to make Christmas purchase for my mum the code did not work, but I placed the order anyway. I just called the contact centre to seek some support with a couple of things (the code not working being one of them). I was a little disappointed initially as when I called I got the voicemail option and opted not to leave a message, just thought i'd try again later (as more convenient). Within 5 minutes however, I was called back by a wonderful customer service member (Charlotte), who was absolutely AMAZING! She confirmed straight away that she would apply the 20% code to my order and refunded the original payment method. she then merge the 2 accounts I had to ensure all my reward points were on one account. It is not often I am amazed by great customer service but Charlotte you were awesome! Thank you so so much.
Terrible Experience, Avoid this Scamming Company!
I recently made a purchase from this company, enticed by their seemingly unbeatable prices. However, my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. One of the items I ordered never arrived, and when I reached out to customer service for assistance, they were utterly unhelpful telling me check around the packaging for it, like it wasn’t supposed to be a large item. Despite providing all necessary details, they failed to resolve the issue or even offer a reasonable explanation. It’s evident that the low prices come at the cost of terrible customer service and a lack of accountability. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this company at all costs. It’s not worth the headache and frustration. Just spend a couple more pounds and buy with reputable beauty websites. P.s. beware instead of sorting out any issues this company goes around reporting any bad reviews they have to try and get them taken down!

Careful, feels like scam
Been planning to buy some products from this page. Added all them to basket, they were on sale. Before checkout I double checked all basket and price. By the time I entered my address and was about to confirm payment, price completely changed, it’s only been couple seconds, price went from sale to full price in couple seconds and only at page where I needed confirm payment. When I went back on page, my basket price again changed to sale prices. Seems like scam if you not careful. Thank god I double checked basket amount before I confirmed payment
