Suntan lotion never arrived

Ordered some suntan oil on the 2nd April which wasn't cheap. Still hadnt received it only to be told to wait because of easter. Easter was the previous week. The email I received told me basically not to keep contacting them or my query will be put to the bottom. I did email them back and asked for a refund which I got today. This is why I gave 2 stars. Feel disappointed after reading all the good reviews.

Worst experience

Worst experience. Parcel arrived and there was 2 missing items one damaged item. I sent images to the customer service and sent the damaged item back. They never processed the refund for your missing items and I ended up paying for something that was missing from my order. :(

Parcel arrived used and box damaged they want me to return the item to get a new one sent out. This is appauling. Do not buy from them first and last time using!!

Had an item missing from delivery and…

Had an item missing from delivery and was told no refund or replacement will be sent. Not what you expect when buying expensive products and on top of that paying extra for quick delivery. Have ordered from Sephora before and had no issues so will stick to them in the future.

Outstanding service from Face the Future…

I have ordered from Face the Future many times. I am delighted with the range of products available. Also I feel the samples included are very useful. The customer service from Face the Future is fantastic, whether by email or phone they do their very best to look after the customer. Finally the rewards system they have is great for rewarding return customers.

Very poor customer service

Very poor customer service. The items were missing from the order and the only item I received was damaged. They weren’t helpful at all and made me pay for stuff I never received:(

Scam of a company

I was looking for a particular face wash, when I googled it I realised it was only sold by this company and one other. Although I had never heard of them I went ahead and ordered it for £48 On Friday 9th of Feb I received an email saying that it had been delivered, this was not the case. Royal Mail had included a picture of the package but not where they had left it. I contacted face the future who advised me that I would have to wait 28 days whilst they ‘investigate’ with Royal Mail meaning for the next month I am not only out of pocket nearly £50 but I also don’t have the product they were meant to supply. Under the Consumer Rights Law it is the sellers responsibility to ensure the item I ordered is delivered to me. My contract of sale is with FTF NOT Royal Mail. Meaning whatever the outcome of your so called investigation is, you owe me a refund or replacement product. I have NEVER experienced this with any other retailer in all of my years and I can see from the many 1 star reviews that this is regular practice for this company AVOID AT ALL COSTS

The order wasn’t delivered and no…

The order wasn’t delivered and no refund in 2 months. I have ordered 150£ worth of skin care in December. The order never arrived, while the delivery company posted a picture that it was delivered to some other building. I have filed a report with Face for Future, but after 2 month of waiting still haven’t got a refund/ redelivery. Do not recommend.

Read before buying and don’t regret tomorrow

Hi everyone, ⚠️Please read this review before buying⚠️. Face the Future don’t have any return policy doesn’t matter how expensive product is simply they don’t accept return or exchange if you have problem with fake product or product not according to your needs. i been buying from them more than two years and this time i had problem with the product i bought the product and its looks like not original and texture is completely different from the previous Sunscreen i have used and i have been using same product from years so i know the quality and texture of the product, i contacted with there customer support which is completely awful and showed them pictures and my concern and requested for replacement which they completely ignored and giving useless explanation product is fine, well i don’t what to or how to challenge return policy if anyones know please guide me through it. but be aware before buying you will simply loss your money. there’s more online shops where you can buy the same products but with money back guarantee. Thanks
