Still waiting for my refund

I would give zero if I could. I recently switched from Flogas to another electricity provider. The final bill was in credit, so I am owed money by Flogas. It is now 2 months since my final bill and I’m still waiting for my refund. This is either a deliberate policy to keep peoples money or sheer incompetence. I will never use this company again.

Terrible customer service. Stay away from flogas. Terrible customer service.

Edit: I supplied my contact details as requested. Please reach out to me as I have already supplied them Terrible customer service and not full information told upon sign-up. Switched to them from another supplier and seemed great when trying to switch. Turns out to be a pain. Switched online but then had to wait to speak to a customer service rep, why bother with an online switching option if you cant complete it there. Requested for level pay, was told can only be set up after the account goes live so waited. Called after it was live, nobody knew what department to switch me to. I ended up bouncing between 6 different departments and waited on hold for 47 minutes. Tried again and eventually got through but was told level pay would need a minimum payment which exceeded what would be equivalent to my usage (one of the lies told on sign up). Asked to make a complaint and was told that I couldn't as there is nobody that can take a complaint on the phone. Was told to email in. Wa advised when asked that it would be up to three months when I would get a response from the complaints department. What a joke. Decided to leave straight away and wont ever come back. Terrible customer service from people who couldnt/wouldnt help. Stay away from flogas.
